The Help Email is the “reply to” email address included in your property’s Package Zen email notifications. It’s also the email address that receives Package Zen-related questions at your property.
To update it, open the Settings Page❐ in your Package Zen Web Dashboard❐ and select Notifications.
Add the new email address under Help Email Address.
