If you frequently have to reconnect your device to your building's WiFi, then your device probably isn't configured to auto-join your building's WiFi network. 

Here's how to fix that:

Tap "Settings" 

And then "Wifi"

Tap the WiFi network to which your device is connected and make sure Auto-Join is on

Make sure Auto-Join is on

If your device still isn't connecting properly please check with your IT department.
