To reset your password, go to your Package Zen Dashboard:
Then click the blue "Forgot your password?" link on left, located below the "Password" field.
Next, you'll enter the username or email address associated with your account.
After clicking the blue "Send me reset password instructions" you'll receive an email with a secure link to set a new password.
You must have access to the email address associated with your account to be able to reset your Package Zen account password.
If you are logged in to the Package Zen Dashboard you'll need to Log Out first, and then reset your password.
