Before you do anything else, open the app and look at your home screen:

If you see these red bars on your home screen, this means that your images are waiting to upload until your device is connected to the internet. Your images won't be lost. 

There's most likely an issue with the internet connection at your property if images aren't uploading to Package Zen. There are a couple of ways to troubleshoot internet issues depending on what kind of device you're using. 

If you downloaded the Package Zen app on your own device:

You can check your internet connection in Help feature of app. Tap the question mark in the top left corner of the home screen to get to the screen pictured below. Then tap "Check Internet Connection":

Data can work but the connection will be slower, less reliable and not as secure as Wifi.

If you are using a Package Zen-issued device:

You can run through the troubleshooting technique described above, or you can use the "Check Internet" app on the device. Look for the yellow icon with the wifi signal on the device's home screen.

If your device is disconnected from the Wifi, try reconnecting to it. If you've verified that the internet connection is working properly and images still aren't uploading, reach out to us and we'll help you figure out what's going on.
