Can Package Zen send multiple notifications for one item? Sometimes.
Package Zen can only send ONE TYPE of notification per delivery
Package Zen cannot send email and SMS notifications for the same delivery.
Recipients can only receive one type of notification: email, SMS, or Slack.
Package Zen can notify multiple email addresses if a recipient gets email notifications
If a recipient at your property receives email notifications and wants notifications sent to multiple email addresses, you can add additional email addresses their Profile Page. A notification will be sent to every email address in their Contact Info whenever they receive an item.
