For a Person:


Go to the People Page in your Package Zen Web Dashboard and select the Person's name to pull up their Person Profile Page

 

Select "Edit Contact Settings" 

  • Enter the new contact info and select Add
  • You can also remove old contact info by selecting Remove 

 

Make sure the Person's Contact Preference is set to Default, Email, SMS or Slack

  • If it's set to Off, switch it to one of the these options and select Save

 

For a Group:


Go to the Groups Page in your Dashboard and select the Group's name to pull up their Group Profile Page


Select "Edit Contact Settings"

  • Enter the new contact info and select Add
  • You can also remove old contact info by selecting Remove 


Make sure the Group’s Contact Preference is set to Default, Email, SMS or Slack

  • If it's set to Off, switch it to one of the these options and select Save
