People Statuses allow you to:
Identify People who are currently at your property and People who are no longer at your property
Make sure your team handles items for People who’ve moved on from your property appropriately
There are two Statuses in Package Zen
Current:
Current People are still at your property. Items logged for Current People generate normal item records and notifications may be sent to recipients (depending on your property’s settings).
Former:
Former People are no longer at your property. Items logged for Former People notify select Staff Members so they can take appropriate action.
