You can reset your password on the Package Zen Mobile App or via the Dashboard.
On the Mobile App
Tap "Forgot Password" under the login button and enter your email when prompted:
On the Dashboard
You must have access to the email address associated with your account to be able to reset your password.
Log out of the Dashboard if you're already logged in. Then follow the steps below to reset your password.
Go to the Dashboard login page and click "Forgot your password?":
Enter the username or email address associated with your account on the next page and click "Send me reset password instructions":
