To reset your password your MUST have access to the email address associated with your staff access to Package Zen.

You must have access to the internet to log in to your Dashboard or log in to the Mobile App.

If you're already logged in to the Dashboard or Mobile App you will need to log out first to reset your password.
 

Go to the Dashboard Login Page and select "Forgot your password?":

Enter the username or email address associated with your account on the next page and select "Email me a password reset link":

 

Here's how to reset your password on the Mobile App

 

Tap "Forgot Password" under the login button and enter your email when prompted:

You must have access to the email address associated with your account to be able to reset your password.

Log out of the Dashboard or Mobile App if you're already logged in. Then follow the steps below to reset your password.
