Sometimes Package Zen cannot send a notification to a recipient because that recipient does not have an email address on file. When this happens, we send a request for that recipient's contact information to your operational contact's email address

(If you're not sure what the operational contact's email address is at your property, go to your Dashboard and click "Settings." Look under "Property Contacts." The email address that receives "Operations" notifications is the operational contact for your property.)

When you receive an email like this one, please forward it to the correct recipient and CC help@packagezen.com. Do not CC anyone else.

It is extremely important to respond to these “Request To Forward” emails because doing so automatically updates recipients' contact information in our database and ensures that notifications are sent. Ignoring these emails will prevent recipients' contact information from updating and stop notifications from being sent.
