Package Zen

There are two important things to know about Package Zen’s notification timing:

1. Package Zen does not allow users to control the amount of time it takes for notifications to send 

Most notifications go out 2-5 minutes after items are logged. Package Zen notifications are only delayed are when:

Your device isn’t connected to the internet at your property

- Images are taken poorly 
- Your device isn’t connected to the internet at your property

2. Package Zen notifications cannot be put on hold

If someone at your property will be away and has requested not to receive Package Zen notifications, you can:

Switch their <a href="http://help.packagezen.com/en/articles/1516760-how-to-updating-contact-info">Contact Preference to Off</a>

- Switch their <a href="http://help.packagezen.com/en/articles/1516760-how-to-updating-contact-info">Contact Preference to Off</a>

If your office plans to close for an extended period of time, you can contact us at <a href="mailto:help@packagezen.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">help@packagezen.com</a> about temporarily switching off notifications for your Package Zen account.
