When a delivery driver drops off new packages, you CHECK them IN to your custody.

Tap Check In on the homescreen of the Package Zen Mobile App, snap a picture of the item’s shipping label, and you’re done!

After the image syncs, you’ll see a new record for the delivery in your Package Zen Dashboard showing it as Checked In.
