Before you begin checking items in or out, tap “Location” on the homescreen of the mobile app and select the location you’d like to use.
If you do not see the option to switch locations - and you think that you should - contact your Package Zen Property Manager or Organization Administrator to give you access.
If you’re not sure who your Package Zen Property Manager or Organization Admin is, log in to your Package Zen Dashboard and view your property’s staff list by selecting “Staff” from the menu on the left.
