We regularly update the Package Zen Mobile App to make if faster, simpler, and more powerful.

Using one of our devices?

Your mobile app will update automatically.

In some cases, you may be prompted to allow your device to upgrade the Package Zen app. Please allow us to do so.

Using your own device?

Using one of your employer’s devices?

Please reach out to your IT department if you are unable to upgrade via the App Store. If your IT department needs additional information please reach out to our support team.
