To reset your password your MUST have these two things:
- Access to the email address associated with your staff access to Package Zen
- Access to the internet to log in to your Dashboard or log in to the Mobile App
If you're already logged in to the Dashboard or Mobile App you will need to log out first before you can reset your password.
How to Reset Your Password on the Dashboard
Go to the Dashboard Login Page and select "Forgot your password?"
Enter the username or email address associated with your account on the next page and select "Email me a password reset link"
How to reset your password on the Mobile App
Tap "Forgot Password" under the login button and enter your email when prompted
