IMPORTANT: If you are a Team Member you will not be able to add new Staff Members. Only Property Managers and Organization Admins can invite a person to become a Staff Member.

Open the Staff Page ⧉ in your Package Zen Web Dashboard

Open the Staff Page and select the Add staff button

Add a New Staff Member

Select the name of the existing person you'd like to add from the Person dropdown menu, assign them the appropriate role, and select the Add staff button.

The new Staff Member will receive an email invitation within a minute to set up their own username and password.


Can't find the person you'd like to invite?

If you do not see the person you'd like to invite you'll need to add them as a new person from the People Page before inviting them as a new Staff Member.
