Package Zen

This means that Package Zen isn't allowed to use your device's camera. 

Tap "Settings"  on the home screen of your device

Scroll down through your alphabetical app list and tap "Package Zen"

Allow Package Zen to access your camera by toggling the switch next to "Camera"
