Follow these steps to create a Person Profile Page for a new person in your Package Zen Web Dashboard:
Open the People Page on your Package Zen Web Dashboard
Select the Add Person button and choose "Add one person" from the dropdown menu
Enter the new person's first and last names and select the Save button when you're done
You can also add nicknames or maiden names in the "Alternate names" fields
Don't forget to update the new person's contact info and preferences
I added a new person to Package Zen. Does this mean they can start checking in items now?
Not yet. Creating a Person Profile Page for someone doesn't mean they can use the Package Zen mobile app or access the Dashboard. It just means they now have a record in Package Zen.
If you'd like the person you added to be able to log items and access the Dashboard, they'll have to be made a Staff Member.
