I can’t log in to the Mobile App - how do I fix it?

To log in to the Package Zen Mobile App:

1. Your device must be connected to the internet.

Open health.packagezen.com in your mobile device’s browser.

If you are not able to load the site, you are not connected to the internet and will not be able to log in, even if you have a valid username and password. Make sure that your device is connected AND signed in to your property’s WiFi. Once you are logged in, you can use the Package Zen Mobile App while offline.

2. You need an active username and password.

Ask any staff member at your property who is a Property Manager to add you to the account. There is no fee or charge for additional staff members.
