Package Zen alerts you by email about your property's account. You control who gets which type of alert in the Property Contacts section of your <a href="https://dashboard.packagezen.com/x/settings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Settings Page</a>❐.

For example, to change who receives billing notices, go to your <a href="https://dashboard.packagezen.com/x/settings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Settings Page</a>❐, add the email address, check the box next to Billing, and click Add Contact:
