Sometimes items arrive with missing recipient information. This is how Package Zen handles these items.

Items addressed to Groups but not People:

  • If an item is addressed to a Group but not a Person at your property, then the Group Contact for that Group will be notified.

  • You can learn more about updating contact info for Group Contacts here.

Items not addressed to People or Groups:

  • If Package Zen can’t identify a Person or a Group’s name on an item’s shipping label, then the Operational Contact will be notified via email.

  • Find out who the Operational Contact is at your Property by going to the Settings Page❐ in your Package Zen Web Dashboard❐ .
