Organization Admins can control where Staff Members use Package Zen within their organization by following the steps below.

Before you follow the steps below:

  • If you just want to add someone who works at your property as a Staff Member in Package Zen, click here

  • Or if you want to add someone who works at a different location in your organization as a Staff Member, click here

How to Control Package Zen Staff Members’ Access to Different Properties in Your Organization:

  • Go to the Staff Page❐ in your Package Zen Web Dashboard

  • Select Manage Multi-Property Access from the dropdown menu next to the Staff Member’s name

  • Assign or remove roles for the Staff Member at different properties in your organization

Can I do this if I’m a Team Member or Property Manager in Package Zen?

Only Organization Admins can control where Staff Members use Package Zen in their organizations.
