There are two statuses for People in Package Zen: Current and Former.

Because recipients continue to receive items for several years after leaving, you do not want to delete them from your records completely.

When a Person moves on from your property, you can change their status from Current to Former. Package Zen automatically triggers notifications to the Staff Member email addresses you designate when items arrive for any Former People at your property.

How to make someone a Former Person:

Step One

Open the People Page❐ in your Package Zen Web Dashboard and tick the box next to the name of the Person

Step Two

Select the Change Status dropdown and choose To Former
